School Motto

School Motto: Benevolence, Wisdom, Bravery
      The wording, originating from The Doctrine of the Mean, “wisdom, benevolence and bravery, these three things are great virtues of the world”, is the school motto of Dade Academy. Its spirit complies with the education goal of “comprehensive development of moral, intellectual and physical overall development”. Therefore we inherit it and endow it with the connotation of the times.
      Benevolence: the benevolent love others – honor our parents, be grateful, have the sense of shame, coexist with others, stress virtues
      Wisdom: the wise have no confusion – lay solid foundation, form good habits, diligent in research, active in innovation.
       Bravery: the brave have no fear – be healthy and strong, have sound mentality, acquire favorable character, maintain comprehensive development

The Prayer of the Scholars
Get rid of inferiority, so our heart will be confident;
Bid farewell to narrowness, so our mind will be broad;
Disperse confusion, so our eyes will be bright;
Eliminate ignorance, so our brain will be smart;
Overcome weakness, so our physique will be strong.

You’ve read classical works that give you an immersive impression and arouse your million thoughts;
You’ve pondered over the puzzles that make you scratch your heads before working them out;
You’ve played the games that make you bewitched and learn from them;
You’ve had the experiences that are soul-stirring and memorable;
